Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber names new CEO

The Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce has named Charlie Justice its new chief executive officer, succeeding Robin Miller, who stepped down in December.

“The board performed an extensive search and is proud to take this next step with Charlie Justice leading the organization,” said Scott O’Berry, the chamber’s 2025 board chair, in a statement. “His deep ties to the community and proven leadership make him an excellent choice to guide the chamber into the future.”

Justice, a former elected official, has experience in local governance and community development.

“I am honored to be entrusted with this role and to continue serving the Tampa Bay Beaches communities in this new capacity,” Justice said. “I look forward to working with the team, membership, and board to promote economic growth and strengthen our local business landscape.”

The Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce serves the region’s businesses and tourism industry, promoting economic vitality and development in the community.
