Great Places and Spaces: TBBW’s New Office in Carillon (PHOTOS)

After spending the summer in a temporary space, the team at Tampa Bay Business and Wealth has officially moved into its new office.

The first-floor office, located in the Mercury Insurance building, in Clearwater, was completely gutted and reimaged. TBBW collaborated with several local businesses to design the custom space including Tampa-based Spartan Contracting.

It took Spartan four months to complete the build, a timeline extended due to multiple hurricanes. The new space was designed to create a clean, open layout, offering a welcoming environment for employees and guests alike.

“Partnering with TBBW on this project has been a fantastic experience. Our teams collaborated to create a space that truly embodies their brand and serves as an inspiring workplace for the TBBW team. From concept to completion, we’ve been all in, ensuring that every detail reflects TBBW’s vision and values,” says Scott Kramer, chief executive officer of Spartan.

TBBW also worked with CI Group, My Favorite Art Place and Create+Co to complete the project.

“Designing this project, together with some of the best local professionals in the business, was inspiring and exciting. CI Group incorporated furnishings we already had, while recommending and sourcing pieces needed for our growing space. My Favorite Art Place concepted our green wall, representing the growth of not only TBBW, but also of the region. Create+Co heard our every desire and brought it all together into a space we are proud of. And the Spartan Contracting team was the best I’ve ever worked with,” says Bridgette Bello, CEO and publisher of TBBW.
