Tampa art show highlights women entrepreneurs on International Women’s Day

Jo-Lynn Brown March 4, 2025

A solo art exhibition by Courtney Pasterchick will take center stage on March 8, at Hotel Haya in Ybor City. The exhibition will celebrate International Women’s Day with a showcase of female entrepreneurship and artistry.

The event, “WOMAN,” will feature Pasterchick’s artwork alongside eight women-owned businesses from the Tampa Bay area. The evening will include live music from DJ and performer Lolo Mayhew, as well as curated cocktails, food and raffles.

Pasterchick, known for her commissioned work with brands such as Tesla, Harley-Davidson, Heineken and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, will present her latest collection in the Los Novedades Room at Hotel Haya. Attendees will receive a complimentary cocktail upon entry, with offerings from 21 Seeds Infused Tequila, Frankie’s Italian Deli and local bakery Baked By Lish.

The event also includes floral installations by Blooming Floral Cafe, interactive photo opportunities by PartyFlixers and raffles featuring contributions from Zee Aesthetics, Jade Bridal and Keep Edgy Marketing.

Organizers say the event aims to highlight the impact of women entrepreneurs in Tampa Bay, while providing a platform for collaboration and networking.

“WOMAN” will take place from 8 to 11 p.m., at Hotel Haya, with entry located at the corner of North 15th Street and East Seventh Avenue.

Complimentary tickets are available through Eventbrite.
