American Integrity Insurance to relocate headquarters to Tampa’s Bayport Plaza

American Integrity Insurance has signed a 75,000-square-foot lease at Bayport Plaza, a Class A office tower in Tampa’s Westshore submarket. The company plans to relocate its headquarters to the new location in early 2026, occupying three floors and becoming the first tenant to secure building-top signage at the property.

Stream Realty Partners represented American Integrity Insurance in the transaction, with Executive Managing Director Gary Godsey leading the efforts.

Bayport Plaza, owned by GEM Realty Capital and IP Capital Partners, offers tenants premium hospitality services, waterfront views and direct access to the Grand Hyatt, providing additional amenities.

CBRE’s Barry Hanerfeld and KC Tenukas represented the building’s ownership in the lease transaction.
