Omni Public names former state Rep. Jackie Toledo vice president of operations

Jo-Lynn Brown April 8, 2025

Omni Public has appointed Jackie Toledo, former Florida State Representative and civil engineer, as vice president of operations. Toledo will lead the firm’s legislative affairs efforts and help guide organizational growth.

Toledo served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 to 2022, representing District 60. During her tenure, she advocated for transportation and infrastructure innovation, securing $2.5 million in funding for advanced transit initiatives, including smart city technologies and autonomous vehicles. She also helped pass legislation targeting texting while driving and reforms to pharmacy benefit management practices.

In addition to her legislative background, Toledo served on the Government Operations & Technology Appropriations Subcommittee, overseeing budgets related to public operations and emerging technologies. She is also a licensed civil engineer.

Omni Public is a strategic communications and public affairs firm with offices in Tampa and clients across the U.S. and Europe.
