Ruth Eckerd Hall has a new partnership with Dunedin-based restaurant Corvo Bianco, which will begin offering food for purchase at the venue.
The one-year agreement includes service at the John Geigle Grand Lobby bar and the England Family Music Garden, ahead of performances. The partnership will launch during the concert featuring Geoff Tate, founding member of Queensrÿche.
Corvo Bianco previously served food at The BayCare Sound using its food truck and mobile pizza oven. This new arrangement will feature an expanded menu with made-to-order options, including burgers, salads and loaded sweet potato tots.
Menu highlights will include the Classic Cheeseburger, Smokey Bacon Burger, Pulled Pork Sammy, Theater Salad, Chicken Caesar and a charcuterie plate.
Corvo Bianco’s main location is on the Dunedin Causeway, at 901 Curlew Road. The restaurant specializes in Neapolitan pizza and a blend of Italian and Latin-inspired cuisine.
