Neptune Flood, a private flood insurance provider based in St. Petersburg, has promoted Matt Duffy to president, as part of a broader leadership expansion.
Duffy, formerly managing director, will now oversee strategic initiatives and operations as the company approaches $300 million in premiums and more than 230,000 policies in force, according to a statement.
The company also named Alais Griffin as general counsel. Griffin, a former federal chief counsel and nonprofit executive, brings experience in legal strategy and compliance.
Two additional appointments include Tom Wexler as chief engineer, and Brad Schulz, who adds chief information security officer to his existing role as chief technology officer.
The leadership moves aim to support Neptune’s continued growth, innovation and focus on cybersecurity in the evolving flood insurance market, the statement said.
