Farley White acquires Tampa office building, expands Hidden River portfolio

Farley White Interests has acquired Lakeview at Hidden River, a 133,201-square-foot office building, in Northeast Tampa, expanding its presence in Tampa.

The Boston-based commercial real estate firm purchased the property from Dilweg on April 30. The acquisition brings Farley White’s total holdings in the Hidden River Corporate Park to 688,000 square feet and more than 1.2 million square feet across Tampa, including downtown’s Fifth Third Center and Two Harbor Place.

Located at 8875 Hidden River Parkway, Lakeview features newly renovated office space with an on-site café, walking trails and access to I-75 and nearby residential areas.

Farley White has appointed CBRE’s Roxanne Kemph and Kelley Matheson as exclusive leasing agents for the property.

Recent leases totaling more than 100,000 square feet were signed at other Hidden River properties by Spectrum, Tower Imaging, AdventHealth University and Crown Holdings.
