The Women’s Edge has revealed the 2025 Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Florida— a ranking based on 2024 data that recognizes not just revenue, but a holistic view of leadership and impact. From nonprofit leaders to Fortune 500 executives, the honorees embody innovation, equity and economic growth.

This year, 12 women in the Tampa Bay market made the list, with one company falling in the top ten. You can view the full Florida 100 ranking at thewomensedge.org.
