Real estate attorney joins Shumaker as partner

Shumaker is expanding its commercial real estate roster, in St. Petersburg, with the addition of attorney Andrew “Drew” F. Ford as a partner in its real estate, construction and development service line.

Ford’s work includes acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing for owners, operators, developers and investment firms.

In addition to his transactional work, Ford often serves as outside general counsel for closely held entities, advising on business formation, governance and shareholder agreements.

Shumaker continues to grow its presence in the St. Petersburg market, where it now has more than 300 attorneys and advisors.
