St. Petersburg Distillery launches chef’s dinner series

St. Petersburg Distillery is offering a new “Distilled” Chef’s Dinner Series, a multi-course culinary and cocktail menu curated by Executive Chef David Reyes.

Limited to just 20 guests per evening, the intimate experience offers five gourmet courses, each paired with a cocktail featuring the distillery’s award-winning spirits. Guests can also choose to add a behind-the-scenes distillery tour, before or after dinner.

Held Thursday through Saturday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., the dinner series blends bold global flavors with the artistry of mixology, according to a statement.

Chef Reyes, a two-time winner at the Tampa Bay Wine and Food Festival and Savor St. Pete, draws on his culinary background with influences from Chicago, New Orleans, Spain, southern France and Mexico.

The opening menu features dishes such as black miso cod with plantain and pipian verde, and wagyu beef with a soy demi-glace. Each course is paired with a spirit-driven cocktail like a mint coconut rum highball or a whiskey soda, featuring Old St. Pete Premium Whiskey.

Tickets are $150 per person, with the optional distillery tour priced at $20. Menus will rotate quarterly and focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from local and sustainable farms.

The dinner series takes place at St. Petersburg Distillery, located at 800 31st Street South.
