The University of South Florida has announced the creation of Bulls Athletic Properties, a new in-house division that will oversee ticketing, corporate partnerships, media rights and major venue agreements.
The new unit will serve as the central hub for all revenue-generating operations within USF Athletics and will shape the department’s long-term business model. It will also coordinate closely with athletics development and name, image and likeness (NIL) efforts to support a sustainable and unified strategy.
The launch comes amid a period of momentum for USF, including the upcoming $348.5 million on-campus stadium, set to open in 2027.
To support the rollout, USF has partnered with Elevate, a national leader in sports and entertainment strategy. Elevate will provide consulting support on staffing, structure and revenue operations.
