Brad Paisley concert at The BayCare Sound sparks food drive for local homeless program

As country music star Brad Paisley prepares to take the stage at The BayCare Sound on August 3, his upcoming concert is inspiring more than just music fans. In partnership with the Homeless Empowerment Program, The BayCare Sound and Ruth Eckerd Hall have launched a food drive to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Pinellas County.

Now through July 31, the public is encouraged to donate non-perishable food items at the Ruth Eckerd Hall Administration Office or Ticket Office. Those who donate at least two items will receive a QR code to enter a drawing for a Brad Paisley VIP Backstage Tour Experience package. The exclusive prize includes premium seats, a backstage tour and other VIP perks.

The food drive will help support meal services for the nearly 400 men, women, children and veterans HEP serves daily.

Donations can be made during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the administration office, and Tuesday through Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. (Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), at the ticket office.
