$5M sale closes at Fountain Plaza in West Tampa

Avison Young arranges a $5M sale of Fountain Plaza, a West Tampa retail center on MacDill Avenue.

Avison Young has arranged the $5M sale of Fountain Plaza, a 25,191-square-foot retail center at 2800 N MacDill Avenue in West Tampa.

The buyer, Landmarc Realty, retained Avison Young to lead leasing efforts at the property. Nick Mastro and Nick Robinson will oversee leasing, following the firm’s role in brokering the transaction.

Mastro and Robinson, along with Avison Young principals Michael T. Fay, John K. Crotty, David Duckworth, Brian C. de la Fé and associate Philip Shapiro, represented the seller, Brusa.

“With few new retail projects in the pipeline, Fountain Plaza is well positioned to meet growing demand along Tampa’s high traffic corridors,” said Mastro.

The property sits on 1.9 acres at a busy West Tampa intersection and is positioned to attract service-oriented and neighborhood-focused retail tenants serving the surrounding community.
