Avison Young brokers $5 million sale of West Tampa plaza

Avison Young has arranged the $5 million sale of Fountain Plaza, a 25,191-square-foot retail center, at 2800 N MacDill Avenue, in West Tampa.

The buyer, Landmarc Realty, has tapped Avison Young’s Nick Mastro and Nick Robinson to lead leasing efforts for the property. The duo, along with Principals Michael T. Fay, John K. Crotty, David Duckworth, Brian C. de la Fé and Associate Philip Shapiro, represented the seller, Brusa.

“With few new retail projects in the pipeline, Fountain Plaza is well positioned to meet the growing demand for retail in Tampa’s high-traffic corridors,” said Mastro.

The site sits on 1.9 acres at a busy intersection and aims to attract service-oriented and local retail businesses to better serve the surrounding community.
