Spartan Contracting Corporation, a commercial contracting and construction management firm based in Tampa, announced its expansion into the Southwest U.S. and the opening of a new corporate headquarters in Oldsmar.
To support regional growth, Spartan has relocated two team members to the Dallas–Fort Worth area and will focus, initially, on projects in Texas and Arizona, with plans to enter the New Mexico and Oklahoma markets.
“This move positions us to deliver an even more personalized, local approach,” said Scott Kramer, Spartan’s chief executive officer.
The company will officially begin operations at its new headquarters, located at 3982 Tampa Road, on September 1. The upgraded facility will support a growing team and enhance client collaboration.
“These developments reflect the momentum behind our company and our commitment to long-term, sustainable growth,” Kramer added.
