Apogee 2025 IMPACT Award: Brad Oleshansky

Founder & CEO The Motor Enclave Walk-up song: “Don’t Stop Believing’” by Journey
Jo-Lynn Brown August 15, 2025

Brad Oleshansky didn’t just bring a business to Tampa Bay; he brought an entirely new concept. As the visionary behind The Motor Enclave, a 200-acre experiential automotive playground, Oleshansky has quickly become an impactful addition to the region’s business community.

Launched in January 2024, The Motor Enclave is the largest private garage community in the world and features a 1.72-mile Hermann Tilke-designed track, a 2-acre vehicle dynamics pad, 100 acres of off-road trails and a 42,000-square-foot event center. The project has already generated $84 million in revenue and sold over 295 private garages.

“We faced brutal site conditions, an impossible local municipality and supply chain nightmares,” Oleshansky says. “But we knocked down each roadblock one by one, with honesty and grit.” His journey, from an entertainment lawyer to serial entrepreneur, has always been driven by resilience and long-term vision.

One of his proudest achievements has been demonstrating to his kids that “if you stay focused and don’t listen to negativity, you can accomplish your goals.”

Equally impressive is Oleshansky’s philanthropic model. The Motor Enclave was designed to be a “philanthropy accelerator,” offering nonprofits a powerful platform to raise funds in innovative, high-energy ways. Through his family foundation, he also contributes time and strategic guidance to help organizations grow their donor bases.

Now, he’s focused on expanding The Motor Enclave to new markets and building a high-performing team to carry the vision forward. “Tampa Bay has been incredibly welcoming,” he says. “Without that community support, I might have walked away. But instead, I found fuel.”
