Shumaker partners Ronald A. Christaldi and Jade Davis have been named Fellows of the Litigation Counsel of America; a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of 1 percent of American attorneys.
Fellowship is extended by invitation only to lawyers who demonstrate excellence in litigation at both trial and appellate levels, as well as a reputation for professional ethics.
Christaldi is a partner at Shumaker Law and president and chief executive officer of Shumaker Advisors Florida. He is a board-certified health lawyer whose practice spans transactions and complex litigation.
Davis is a partner and national service line leader for technology, data privacy, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. She advises clients across industries on global privacy and data protection compliance, including GDPR, HIPAA and other international frameworks.
They join five other Shumaker attorneys who hold Fellow status.
