Riverview shopping center sells for $14 million

The Shoppes at Crescent Park, a neighborhood retail center in Riverview, has sold for $14 million.

An affiliate of Curbline Properties, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, purchased the property at 3904 S. U.S. 301 from Clearwater-based KW Realty Fund VI LLC, a real estate investment fund managed by KW Partners.

Built in 2020, the center includes 24,056 square feet of retail and restaurant space across two buildings on 4.18 acres at the intersection of U.S. 301 and Crescent Park Drive. The sale also includes an adjoining wetlands tract.

Tenants include AT&T, Eggs Up Grill, GEICO, Heartland Dental, Foxtail Coffee and Bubbakoo’s Burritos. One 2,627-square-foot space is available for lease.
