ClearView, a 363-unit apartment community with ground-floor retail, has been completed at the $1 billion Echelon City Center development in St. Petersburg after welcoming its first residents earlier this year.
Developed by Tampa-based Third Lake Partners and St. Petersburg-based Echelon, ClearView includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhomes with private garages. The community sits within walking distance of Echelon City Center’s Publix, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment, with coworking space, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, a pool and a clubhouse with a golf simulator.
Third Lake and Echelon are also working together on two projects in downtown St. Petersburg: the redevelopment of the former UPC Insurance office campus and 3rd & 3rd, a residential high-rise with ground-floor retail expected to open in the first quarter of 2027.
KAST Construction served as general contractor for ClearView, with ARC3 Architecture as architect, Interior Design Group handling the interiors and ZRS Management operating the property. Third Lake says it has invested in more than $7 billion of real estate projects across more than 20 U.S. markets.
