Great Places and Spaces: Updated renderings of Altura Bayshore

The developers of Altura Bayshore have relocated the in-person sales gallery to make way for equipment and foundation work for the 23-story building and have released updated renderings of the project.

The Altura Bayshore sales gallery previously was staged along Ysabella Street. The overall property has been cleared and the first phase of construction is well underway, with vertical construction of a substantial parking deck that will serve the next-door office building.

Construction has progressed to the point that the sales gallery will move offsite, to make way for the drilling of pilings and pouring foundations for the overall condominium tower.

“We are very pleased with the pace of construction on-site,” Anthony Solomon, owner of the Ronto Group that is developing the luxury tower, said in a statement. “Sales are moving along nicely and we are thrilled for our future residents to see progress.”

Altura Bayshore’s residences will range from $1.425 million to $3.5 million for the various homes spanning 2,176 to 3,575 square feet, each reached via a private elevator foyer.

With strong buyer interest, there are several floors with only one residence remaining.

All of the fourth-level amenity deck residences with expanded terraces are spoken for.

Since formally starting sales, Altura Bayshore has recorded nearly $50 million in contracts for new residences and is 50 percent sold.
