One Liners Sarasota and Manatee: Shumaker, First Home Bank and more

Gov. Ron DeSantis awarded a $10.4 million grant to the city of Sarasota and the Bay Park Conservancy to be used by the conservancy for infrastructure and coastal resiliency projects, including improving the shoreline at the Bay Park to protect the area from erosion and damage caused by flooding.

Ciminelli Real Estate Services of Florida announced the $7.2 million sale of a 13.61-acre collection of parcels located at the intersection of State Road 64 and Cypress Creek Boulevard in Bradenton.

Federal Finance Group and Silver Sky Global Capital, a joint venture through Sarasota Springs, acquired the Bath & Racquet Club in Sarasota for $15.35 million.

First Home Bank opened a loan production office and financial resource center in the Newtown community of north Sarasota, at 1782 Dr. Martin Luther King Way.
