Great Places and Spaces: Aravilla

Cleveland Construction is the general contractor for a new multi-phased assisted living and memory care community in Clearwater.

The first phase is a two-story, 65,000-square-foot, secure assisted living and memory care community with 84 units and 95 beds.

The second phase on the eight-acre site will include a three-story, 105,000-square-foot, 132-bed assisted living community connected to the memory care community. Separate main entries and office space, meeting rooms, dining and kitchen areas, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, an aqua therapy pool area with an outdoor garden and water features will also be included.

The project is expected to be complete in 2020.
