The board of directors of Frameworks of Tampa Bay appointed Elizabeth A. Reedy-Foley as chief executive officer.

►American Momentum Bank grew its association banking division with the addition of Tammy Zuknick as vice president of association banking.

Eddie Gomez Jr.

Tampa native Eddie Gomez Jr. was named as general manager of Century Buick GMC in Tampa.

►Matt Livesay has joined the trusts and estates practice group of Quarles & Brady as a lawyer in its Tampa office.

►Quest Workspaces opened a coworking space on the 19th and 26th floors of Rivergate Tower in downtown Tampa.

►The Lions Eye Institute for Transplant & Research named Betty Viamontes chief financial officer, who will oversee all aspects of financials and accounting, current systems and processes.

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig expanded its intellectual property and technology practice in the firm’s Tampa office with the addition of shareholder Scott W. Doyle and senior associate Vishesh Narayen.

►Engage PEO, a professional employer organization providing human resource outsourcing to small and midsized businesses, added Tiffany Creter as vice president of sales for Florida, based in Tampa.

►Walbridge in Tampa named Justin Perrino (L) senior project manager and Jaime Lefebvre senior estimator.

►Cybersecurity company ReliaQuest named Joe Sawyer chief marketing officer and Darin Bunker vice president of engineering.

►BTI Partners, the company developing the Westshore Marina District, signed leases with Crave Spa and Salon Color Bar.

►Lykes Bros., in Tampa, named Johnnie P. James Jr. president and chief executive officer.

►Hold-Thyssen, a commercial real estate firm with offices in Clearwater and Winter Park, closed on a long-term lease for Counseling Center of Tampa Bay in the Bridgewater Professional Park, 4913 Van Dyke Road in Lutz.    

►Tampa International Airport broke ground on the second phase of its master-plan expansion including 16 new express curbsides tailored to passengers without checked luggage.

Lofton Place

►Berkadia arranged $33.5 million in acquisition financing for Lofton Place, a 280-unit multifamily community in Tampa, which was sold from Providence Management Company, a firm based in Glenview, Illinois.

►Moez Limayem, dean of the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, was named to the 2019-20 board of directors for AACSB International, a Tampa-based association dedicated to the advancement of college business schools.
