First Watch Restaurants announced plans to expand its corporate infrastructure in Manatee County by building a new 39,000-square-foot headquarters (rendering above) in the University Town Center area.

►Frontier Airlines will add nonstop service from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) to Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ).

►RPS Diagnostics, a Sarasota-based commercial developer, manufacturer and marketer of diagnostic tests, has merged with Lumos Diagnostics in Carlsbad, California.

►The Gulf Coast Builders Exchange, a not-for-profit trade organization in Lakewood Ranch, is launching a summer initiative focused on the health and wellness of its members called GCBX Cares.

Halfacre Construction Company, a Lakewood Ranch-based commercial construction company, recently completed a 13,365-square-foot welcome center addition and renovation for the First Baptist Church of Palmetto

►The 1748 Independence Boulevard ownership group in Connecticut purchased Oak Park Business Center at 1748 Independence Blvd., Sarasota for $3.52 million.

►The Gulf Coast CEO Forum, in Sarasota, has named Kimberly Manooshian its new executive director.

►Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, in Sarasota, surpassed $5 million in donations to more than 425 nonprofit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations in Florida.

►The Florida Department of Health, in Sarasota, was recognized by The National Association of County and City Health Officials as a Large Local Health Department of the Year for 2019.

J.E. Charlotte Construction, a Venice-based commercial construction company, recently completed the new 23,437-square-foot Manatee County headquarters for RSP USA, a full-service marketing services provider.
