► Engel & Völkers Belleair relocated to a larger, free-standing building in Belleair Bluffs, at 2510 W. Bay Drive.

► AmeriLife Group, a Clearwater company that specializes in insurance services, acquired a majority interest in Brookstone Capital Management, a Wheaton, Illinois-based registered investment advisory firm.

►Verizon awarded St. Petersburg College a $50,000 grant to continue the Verizon Scholarship for Student Success.

►PowerChord, a software-as-a-service company in St. Petersburg, named William Volmuth president.

►Amy Harriet Miller has been named president of the Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts, the nonprofit organization that provides funding and developmental support for the Duke Energy Center for the Arts/Mahaffey Theater and its community programs.

► ProVise Management Group, a Clearwater-based financial planning and investment management firm, promoted Shane O’Hara to senior financial planner.

► Topgolf, a golf-entertainment facility that offers in-person, virtual and digital ways to play the game, has broken ground on a St. Petersburg location at 220 Carillon Parkway.

4th Street Family Dentistry, located at 1808 Fourth St N., in St. Petersburg, is now open and accepting new patients.

► Largo Medical Center announced Glenn Romig as chief financial officer.

► Galen College of Nursing is growing, with a 26,026-square-foot expansion of its St. Petersburg campus at 10200 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street N., occupying 95,164 square feet of the 97,340-square-foot office building.

► The Tampa Bay Healthcare Collaborative in Dunedin named Sheron Brown executive director.

► Franklin Street negotiated the $13.4 million sale of Cornerstone Pointe Apartments, a 111-unit rental community located at 301 Seacrest Drive in Largo.
