Sarasota real estate attorney Nancy E. Cason, managing partner of the law firm of Syprett Meshad, has been re-appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis to a third term serving on the Twelfth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.

►JDL Development selected Ian Black Real Estate to manage leasing for a 44,000-square-foot Class-A office building at 5901 N. Honore Ave., Sarasota, currently known as IntegraClick Professional Park.

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate named Linda Ash as branch manager of the company’s Sarasota Central office, where she will lead more than 50 independent sales associates.

►Stratum Health System in Sarastoa, named Wendy Kraszewski vice president of Palliative Care Services of Connexis Medical Services.

►Roper Technologies, based in Sarasota, acquired iPipeline, a technology services provider, in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.625 billion.
