Blake Casper makes $1 million donation to Jesuit High School’s campus master plan

Jo-Lynn Brown October 24, 2023

Blake Casper, an alumnus of Jesuit High School, has donated $1 million to the school to support its campus master plan.

“When you look at what Blake has done for our Tampa community, with the creation of unique concepts such as Oxford Exchange and The Stovall House, it’s clear he is a true visionary,” said Jesuit’s director of development, Nick Suszynski. “And as a Jesuit graduate, Blake understands the importance of philanthropy and paying it forward for current and future generations. Partnering with us in this leadership manner helps ensure Jesuit’s vision will become a reality as we develop the next phase of our Campus Master Plan.”

Casper is the co-owner of the hospitality company Oxford Commons, along with his sister, Allison Casper Adams. They founded the Oxford Exchange, in downtown Tampa, The Current Hotel on Tampa Bay, The Library, in St. Petersburg, and The Stovall House, in south Tampa.

Recently, Oxford Commons opened Predalina, a seafood-forward Mediterranean concept on Water Street Tampa.

Jesuit’s Campus Master Plan projects have included the Antinori Center for the Arts, which opened this year, as well as Gonzmart Hall, Oliva Courtyard and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Upcoming projects include a student activities center and dining hall, and a science center.
