TRYP Air Charter expands Lakeland fleet

TRYP Air Charter has expanded its fleet of Pilatus PC-12 aircraft.

The Lakeland-based air charter service now has four aircraft to serve the southeast United States and the Bahamas.

The latest fleet addition is a Pilatus PC12, single-engine, turboprop. The Pilatus PC12 has one of the best safety ratings and cruises above the weather at 28,000 feet and at a speed of 300 mph.

There is seating for six passengers, room for cargo and AirText available. The interior cabin has BMW-designed custom seating plus an enclosed lavatory. The additional aircraft operation will be based at Lakeland Linder International Airport.

The aircraft has a 1500-mile range and can fly to locations in the Bahamas or to the northeast. The PC12  aircraft will be utilized to fly such routes as the Bahamas, Key West, Nashville and Atlanta, as well as the entire eastern seaboard and mid-west.
