Older Lundy Koch & Martino opens Fort Myers office

The Tampa-based legal firm Older Lundy Koch & Martino has expanded into South Florida with a new office, in Fort Myers.

The new office is located at 2256 First Street, Fort Myers. This is the firm’s sixth office.

“It has been incredible to see our firm grow not only quickly but also carefully, and with a keen eye on the needs of the communities we serve. We have been fortunate enough to recruit lawyers that use their expertise to make a real impact where they practice,” said Michael Lundy, founder and managing partner. “I am proud to say that we have done it again in Fort Myers, where we just opened an office that serves our Property Insurance Claims practice group. We felt this was a market that was underserved in this area of the law. Given recent severe weather events, as well as ones that are unfortunately expected in the future, we felt the need to have a physical presence in the heart of southwest Florida.”

Older Lundy opened an office in downtown St. Petersburg by acquiring Heller Law, a business and commercial litigation law firm, in February 2024.
