One Liners Pasco: BayCare, CoVar Transportation and more

O2B Kids, a daycare chain with about 40 locations in Florida, has sold the land one of its schools sits on, in Pasco County,  about a year after paying $4.34 million to buy it from the Discovery Point School, at 8700 Trouble Creek Road, in New Port Richey, for $5.79 million.

Clearwater-based BayCare Health System has acquired a 15.7-acre property in unincorporated Pasco County, for $12 million, with plans to build a HealthHub with an emergency department and primary and specialty health care services. 

The Pasco EDC announced Florida Design Consultant’s recent expansion in Pasco County, with the engineering firm relocating to a 9,000-square-foot office space, at 54 Crossings, and investing over $300,000 in relocation expenses to the new space for its growing team.
