Hotel ORA + Private Residences unveils $880,000 virtual reality tour for Tampa condo-hotel project

Jo-Lynn Brown April 17, 2025

Developers behind Hotel ORA + Private Residences have launched a high-end, $880,000, virtual reality experience to market their new $675 million luxury condo-hotel project, in downtown Tampa.

Created by South Florida-based firm YUPIX, the 20-minute virtual tour uses drone footage, AI-enhanced visuals and 3D renderings to immerse potential buyers in the proposed South Beach-inspired development. The VR experience showcases rooftop amenities, dining concepts, a heliport arrival and interior spaces of the 658-unit project, which includes 31 private residences and 627 condo-hotel units.

Located at 1101 East Jackson Street, Hotel ORA is located near Water Street, in downtown Tampa, and includes plans for a rooftop infinity pool, 10,000-square-foot steakhouse, full-service spa and fitness center. Units are priced from $640,000 to more than $2 million.

Demolition on the site is expected to begin in January 2026.

Hotel ORA + Private Residences first phase sells out in 40 days, topping $84 million (RENDERINGS)
