The Watermark, at Trinity Independent Living

Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa-based senior housing team arranged the sale of the Watermark, at Trinity Independent Living, a 117-unit, Class A senior living community located within The Watermark at Trinity campus, to Kayne Anderson Real Estate of Boca Raton, Florida.

Vision Properties, which acquired the 71-acre Renaissance Center business park in 2016 for $108 million, is relocating its headquarters from New Jersey to the Westshore Business District campus.

Tampa-based Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Co. has created a new subscription service that will bring three bags of coffee directly to customers’ doors every month.

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced the sale of Walden Landing, a 44-unit apartment property located in Plant City, for $3.425 million.

Elizabeth “Beth” Lindsay-Wood was named vice president and chief information officer at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa.

Fifth Third Bank on Gandy Boulevard and Manhattan Avenue in Tampa.

Fifth Third Bank opened at 4319 Gandy Boulevard on the corner of Gandy Boulevard and Manhattan Avenue in Tampa.

BRP Group, an independent insurance distribution company in Tampa, acquired Trinity Benefit Advisors, Rosenthal Bros., and Russ Blakely & Associates.

Ronald A. Christaldi, a Tampa partner at the law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, was named chair of the American Heart Association Tampa Bay’s 2021 Heart Ball.

Brick Media, a digital marketing company, relocated its office to Rivergate Tower in downtown Tampa.

Advocate Health Advisors named Tampa-based Ashley Hughley as a marketing support specialist, a role that will help the company with sales, recruiting agents, and community events.

SevenFifty, an online marketplace and data platform for the U.S. alcohol beverage industry, acquired Bridge, a Tampa tech company that specializes in e-commerce platforms for independent retailers of wine, beer and spirits.

The University of South Florida Board of Trustees selected Stephanie Goforth to serve as the new vice chair during a board meeting.

The University of South Florida appointed Thomas K. Frazer as professor and dean in the College of Marine Science, and Chris Garvin as the new dean for the College of the Arts, which consists of the Schools of Architecture & Community Design, Art & Art History, Music and Theater and Dance.

SynDaver, a Tampa company that produces synthetic human and animal bodies for use in education and medical device testing, grew its product line with Axi, a line of 3D printers for both professionals and hobbyists.

Trenam Law welcomed three attorneys to the firm, including shareholder Fredrick H.L. McClure in the firm’s commercial litigation group, Brian R. Tunis as an associate in the firm’s business transactions group, and Alexander Zesch as an associate in the firm’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights group.
