►Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group was selected as the exclusive sales and marketing representative for Turtle Beach, a luxury custom home community by Marc Rutenberg Homes in unincorporated Pinellas County.

► Beth and Michael Vivio, previously executive director of a Girl Scouts council and CEO of Valpak, respectively, bought Corporate Fitness Works based in St. Petersburg.

► Clearwater-based Pirate Jonny’s will now be available in Publix Supermarkets, including its Sweet Island Rub, the Jamaican Jerk seasoning and the Scorched Pirate Rub.
