Altis Cardinal completed the third phase for its latest development, Elements on Third, located on the edge of downtown St. Petersburg’s Historic Kenwood neighborhood.
Elements on Third is a 10-acre residential property with six buildings and amenities. The property is enclosed and includes a clubhouse, gym, pool and pet-grooming center.
Features of the newly completed phase include 12-foot exposed concrete ceilings in the residential lofts and a poolside mural created by local artist Chad Mize.
This $55 million development project sits on the former site of the Mosley Motel, once known to harbor crime and loiterers.
