Great Places and Spaces: Southshore Yacht Club

Southshore Yacht Club’s clubhouse is under construction. The new amenity center will include a clubhouse, modern fitness center, swimming pool and dog park. The dog park is open and the additional amenities are expected to be finished by the summer.

New homes at Southshore Yacht Club begin in the $400,000s and include upgraded features such as elevators, outdoor living spaces and master baths with oversized showers and spa tubs. Residences also come equipped with smart home automation systems, owner’s suites, quartz countertops, oversized  kitchen islands and other amenities.
