Older Lundy Alvarez & Koch opens Clearwater office, expands team

Older Lundy & Alvarez, a law firm based in Tampa, opened a fourth office location, at 200 North Garden Ave., Clearwater on September 1, 2020.

The new location is currently the law office of Koch & Hoffman PA, which will merge its practice into Older Lundy Alvarez & Koch.

KY. M. Koch, along with associate Jaime Girgenti, will become a part of the firm’s Marital and Family Law Practice Group, according to a statement.

“Pinellas County continues to grow very rapidly, and we intend to be a key player in providing legal services to the Pinellas community,” said Michael Lundy, managing partner of Older Lundy & Alvarez, in the statement. “Our firm’s areas of expertise fit in perfectly with the expanding legal market in Pinellas County and we were finally able to find a firm whose culture, and areas of practice, fit perfectly with ours.”

Girgenti is a longtime family law attorney and is actively involved in several Pinellas County organizations, including the Clearwater Bar Association.

Koch is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law and a founder of the Tampa Bay Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
