Tech Data, an IT distributor in Clearwater, has a definitive agreement to acquire Innovix Distribution, a Hong Kong-based IT distributor in Asia.

John A. Moore was named president of Bayfront Health St. Petersburg and senior vice president of Orlando Health’s West Division, LaTasha R.
