Century Boulevard Industrial Park

Augie Schmidt sold the Century Boulevard Industrial Park for $7.05 million, which includes 124,500 square feet of steel warehousing space and is fully leased with 38 tenants providing income to the buyer.

Shawn Sherrouse was named city manager for Lakeland.

Lakeland-based Publix is expanding its distribution center in Greensboro, North Carolina, to include a dry grocery warehouse, which will add more than 1.2 million square feet of space.
