DAS Health Ventures, a provider of IT and management services for the health care industry based in Tampa, acquired Randall Technology Services, based in Amarillo, Texas.

Harbor Freight Tools is opening a new store at 3046 E. College Ave., Ruskin.

Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick expanded its Labor & Employment and Litigation practice groups with the addition of Associate Haley D. Kole who is focused on advocacy and commitment in representing client interests.   

DOW Electronics, an independently owned consumer electronics distributor in Tampa, finalized an agreement with AV Warehouse to acquire certain assets of the Scottsdale, Arizona-based distributor.

Stevens Construction relocated its office to 4890 W. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 720, Tampa.    

Port Tampa Bay Chairman Stephen W. Swindal was named the recipient of the 2020 Captain James McKay Port Achievement Award, an award presented each year to a highly involved, and committed, port industry leader.

Sixwatch, in Tampa, named Madison Ross client advisor for their financial practice.

Suncoast Credit Union, in Tampa, donated $550,000 to hunger and mental health organizations throughout Florida who have seen increased needs due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lumina, a data and artificial intelligence firm in Tampa, promoted Michael Browne to chief executive officer and Allan Martin, co-founder of Lumina, will become chairman of
the board.

The Tampa Museum of Art received a $255,158 grant, from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, to support expanded and enhanced museum programming over
two years.

Asset recovery and receivership attorneys Mark Kornfeld and Jordan Maglich joined the Tampa office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, a national firm based in Pittsburgh.

Cushman & Wakefield, a commercial real estate services firm, arranged the sale of Swan Lake Apartments, a 640-unit apartment community located in Tampa for $82.5 million.

Berkadia arranged a loan for the acquisition of Bainbridge Ybor City, a 240-unit luxury apartment complex in the
Ybor City.

OPSWAT, a cybersecurity firm based in San Francisco, has moved to Tampa and plans to hire 100 additional employees to support its growth.

Albany Road Real Estate Partners purchased Center Point Business Park, a 146,229-square-foot industrial/flex property in the East Tampa submarket, for $19,805,000.
