Great Places and Spaces: Downtown St. Pete Tower

Coastal Construction was selected as the general contractor for 334, a new residential tower in downtown St. Petersburg.

At 250-feet tall, 334 will rank among the tallest residential buildings west of the Beach Drive area and in the downtown core.

The 24-story project, by developer American Land Ventures, will include 220 upscale residences with luxurious amenities. Completion is expected in late 2022.

The groundbreaking for the project at 334 2nd Ave. S., St. Petersburg was in March.
