St. Petersburg-based Stoneweg US, a real estate investment company specializing in acquisitions and developments, promoted Jennifer Eager to controller.

Original Flavor 1889, a pizzeria and wine bar, is slated to open at 409 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, in the space that Bombay Grill was previously located.

Clearwater-based Digital Media Solutions (NYSE: DMS), acquired sister companies Aimtell and PushPros.

St. Petersburg-based First Home Bancorp, and its primary subsidiary First Home Bank, added two new board members including Alex Harris, chief executive officer of the Arts Conservancy for Teens, in St. Petersburg, and creative strategist and senior executive consultant at Three Door Enterprises, in Tampa, in addition to Barbara Zipperian, a certified public accountant and a former chief financial officer and a director of Tennessee Bank & Trust.

Capstone Business Brokers, a mergers and acquisitions firm headquartered in St. Augustine, expanded into the Tampa Bay area with a new branch located in the Wells Fargo building at 801 West Bay Drive, Largo.

St. Petersburg College, in collaboration with Duke Energy and PowerTown Line Construction, opened the Power Florida Training Center at the college’s Allstate Center location at 3200 34th St. S., St. Petersburg.

Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) is adding a nonstop route to Portsmouth, New Hampshire from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport to Portsmouth International Airport (PSM) beginning June 2.
