Art House opens sales gallery (RENDERINGS)

Kolter Urban, a Palm Beach-based real estate development and investment firm, began sales at Art House St. Petersburg, a luxury condominium development located at 200 Central Ave., in downtown St. Petersburg.

The 42-story residential tower will include 244 luxury residences with several floor plans and three floors of penthouses.

Amenities include a covered entry with a three-story, 28-foot arrival plaza and approximately 6,000 square feet of street-level retail/restaurant space with frontage on Central Avenue.

Residences will be priced from the $800,000s. Construction on Art House is expected to be complete by late 2024.
