Eventing Tampa Bay’s signature event, the “Mommy & Me High Tea” benefiting Redefining Refuge took was held at Armature Works. This charity fundraiser features interactive activities including cookie decorating, hair and makeup stations, a live auction, shopping, a fashion show by Dillard’s at International Mall and princess performances.
