Dormitory housing preparing to open in Zephyrhills (RENDERINGS)

The Well at SVB, a fully furnished dormitory-style housing for short-term and long-term tenants will hold a grand opening ceremony on September 29 at 10:00 a.m.

The Well at SVB will host up to 128 national, and international, professional athletes, Tennis and Golf Academy juniors, business professionals and coaches in Zephyrhills and Pasco County, according to a statement.

The SVB Tennis and Wellness Center, in partnership with North Tampa Christian Academy, and now, The Well at SVB has created a full-service boarding, training and education program for athletes of all ability levels.

The Well at SVB project was created to be chemical-free and was built, and designed, to incorporate healthier indoor environments by using advanced sealed air conditioning units, volatile organic compounds-free paint and low VOC finishes. The property is also equipped with a water purification system.
