The TBBW Awards is a unique awards program, created by TBBW Magazine, to recognize distinguished women leaders whose dedication to their industries and communities deserves particular recognition. Judges looked at business and professional success, community involvement and mentorship as pillars in their judging.

For this inaugural awards program, there was 291 unique nominations and 159 packets submitted in 15 different categories.

Our judges included Danny Persaud, chief executive officer of MidFlorida Armored, Ed Ellsasser, CEO of PrimeGroup Insurance, Pam Iorio, former Mayor of Tampa and former CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters America and Robert Hessel, CEO of Source 1 Solutions.

An awards program will recognize the honorees with a cocktail reception, and gala, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tampa, at 6 p.m., starting with a VIP reception, at 5:30 p.m., on April 21.

Presenting sponsors for the event are TD Bank and Morgan Auto Group. Our nonprofit partner is Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties. Empowering Creative created the video.

Meet the 2023 finalists!
