Coquina Cabanas, a 13-unit townhome community, has been proposed for 3850 Pompano Drive, St. Petersburg. Coquina Cabanas townhomes will feature a split-level layout, with three stories.
The units will have three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with nearly 2,500 square feet of living space. Pricing for the homes is reported to start at $749,000. Coquina Cabanas was unanimously approved by the city’s Development Review Commission in July, 2022.
Sight Development, a Tampa-based company, is the builder on the project. Peregrine Construction Group is the project’s general contractor. The architectural design is by CGHJ Architects.
