► The Magdalene Center, at 15436 N Florida Ave, Tampa, contracted with Hive Outdoors for a custom-made 40-foot-long spray fountain and Daktronics for a 100-square-foot LED sign for tenant use.

►Construction began on GoodVets’ newest Tampa veterinary clinic, GoodVets Fish Hawk, located at 5616 Circa Fishhawk Boulevard, in Tampa’s Fish Hawk suburb. 

► Ed Washington was named vice president of real estate at Port Tampa Bay. 

► Buddy Brew Coffee opened on the University of South Florida’s Tampa campus on the ground floor of the Judy Genshaft Honors College, at 12260 USF Genshaft Dr., Tampa.
