⊲  Construction workers are completing the final units of the Sixteenth Square Townhomes development, at the corner of 16th Avenue South and 9th Street South, in St. Petersburg. 

⊲ A new retail strip in St. Pete’s Grand Central District, the Shoppes on Central complex, at 2160 Central Avenue, will add a cold plunge spa, a tattoo business (Cleopatra Ink) and a marijuana dispensary (Gold Leaf) to its list of tenants. 

⊲ The Feinstein Group completed the exterior facade renovation of its restaurant, The Black Pearl, at 315 Main Street, in Dunedin. 

⊲ The Childs Park Neighborhood Association, in St. Petersburg, is launching a Youth Rising Initiative to encourage young citizens to get involved in civic engagement and community leadership. 

⊲ A year after it was first announced, the historic Union Trust bank building, at 895 Central Avenue, in downtown St. Petersburg, is on track to be reborn as J. Fiore’s Contemporary Steakhouse, an upscale steak and seafood restaurant, set to open in mid-2024. 

⊲ Construction of the new Speer Family YMCA, at 495 62nd Ave. NE, St. Petersburg, has completed.
