The Facilities Group, a facilities maintenance and janitorial services provider, has named Fergus O’Connell as its new enterprise chief financial officer. 

Tampa-based Roger West Creative & Co. and Orlando-based Digital Brew joined under a holding company called Roger & James. 

TransCare Medical Transportation, a division of the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, has received a three-year reaccreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services, through 2026. 

Masonite has signed a long-term lease for the former Kforce building, at 1001 E. Palm Ave., in Ybor City, moving its two Ybor City corporate offices under one roof.
