Long Island manufacturing company to relocate to Largo

Supplement Manufacturing Partners (SMP Nutra), a supplement manufacturing company, based in Long Island, New York, is relocating to Largo.

SMP Sutra has leased 103,494 square feet of industrial space, at 12333 Enterprise Blvd.

The property leased consists of two commercial buildings that combine for 91,000 square feet of warehouse space and 12,000 square feet of office space that spans three-acres.

SMP Nutra manufactures forms of supplements including tablets, soft gels, powders and gummies, in addition to compliance, graphic design and fulfillment. The company plans to move some executives from New York to Tampa and will also hire additional employees locally, according to a statement.

JLL, a Tampa commercial real estate and investment management firm, represented the tenant, SMP Nutra, in the lease negotiations.
